Before

The inspection cover to a 1000 gal. home septic tank is shown here. As you can see there was a build-up of 10'' to 12'' of scum on the top of the tank. The tank was treated with 5 lbs. of Bio-Clean over a period of 3 weeks. This amount of Bio-Clean usage was based on a household of six people and the amount of scum and sludge already present in the tank.

After

Five weeks later the tank was reopened for inspection and you can see the scum and sludge has been totally digested.

Septic Filter

Inspection of the septic filter shows that it is free of any scum or sludge build-up.

Proven Results

The following three pictures are of a 650 gal. home septic tank serving a family of four. All drains emptied into the septic tank including the water softener. This tank was treated as per the instructions and then treated monthly with one cup of Bio-Clean for 14 yrs. The tank was never pumped out during that time period. The tank was opened up for inspection and the pictures show exactly how the tank appeared as it was pumped down for inspection. There was no scum; the tank was clean and there was only 6'' to 8'' of indigestible mineral ash built up on the bottom of the tank.

Beginning of pumping process.

End of pumping process.

End result – the tank is free of any scum and sludge. All that remains on the bottom was a 6'' to 8'' build-up of indigestible mineral ash and a small percentage of undigested new waste which was still going through the digestive process.
